Well whataya know, the day many a Mac drug user has been wait for is here… RIM is set to officially launching the BlackBerry Desktop Manager for Mac! I can’t even begin to describe the many years of thwarting and wait for this software, I’m simply thankful that it’s here. With the new Desktop Manager for Mac, BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) users will be able to sync their contacts, calendars, tasks and iTunes playlists. Installation of new apps (and OS’s) will also be available (of course), and you’ll be able to use it to create backups. All groovy sundry.
If RIM comes through on their hope, you’ll be able to download the BlackBerry Desktop Software for Mac today, at 1PM Eastern.
