As we looking back to the beginning of Apr, we see Microsoft launch their socially-connected handsets: the Kin One and Kin Two. Two very different, distinct devices in of themselves, they ar either woefully ignored or highly anticipated. If you fall into the class of the latter, then we’ve got some goodness newsworthiness for you. We’ve got an effigy of an internal Verizon reputation that shows the dates for pre-order, and functionary launching onto the Verizon meshwork.
Microsoft told us at the launching of the 2 devices that they would be launching in May, along with Vodafone across the pool later in the year, but we didn’t imagine it would be this soon. According to the images, the Kin One and Kin Two ar both departure up for pre-order on May 6th, on the Web, and then becoming available in all channels on May 13th. That agency that it’ll be available online, in Verizon stores, and third-party retailers on that date.
So, you’re only four years away from being able to drop your hard earned money on the next handsets from Redmond. While the Kine One (formerly known as the Turtle) whitethorn be single of the more interesting look handsets we’ve seen in awhile, we tin’t aid but think that the Kin Two is going to be somewhat of a hit. With that 3.4-inch capacitive touchscreen, the 8MP camera on the backrest, and 8GB of flashbulb store, it’s definitely not the worst earphone in Verizon’s line of work-up. Let us know in the comments if you architectural plan on pre-order, or picking one of these sociable networking devices at all.
[Thanks, Dave!]
